Sick boy resurfaces (somewhat)
To it looks like I am starting to feel better. The fever has been gone since Sunday but the infection that caused it not fully gone. In a nut shell, my body got an infection, the infection spread throughout my body; this led to a high fever and an overall yucky feeling. While I returned to work today I will be working remote since the doctors want me to continue to take it easy.

A few friends really were there for me this weekend. Mat continued to run to the store for me and over all took care of me when my fever was at its worse (Mat is going to make some lucky man an amazing wife one day). Greg and Tony brought me flowers and food to keep my spirits up, and so many others continuously sent me message wishing me well.

Now break out the cheese because here comes the wine. I have been looking forward to Pride for so long and right when it gets here I get sick. I know I did the right thing staying home and healing but I am still disappointed. There was nothing more I wanted to do then party with my friends on pride weekend.

On a side note: ever since coming down with this infection i have not been able to sleep more then 3 hours at a time. I keep getting up for some reason. I also can not seem to remember any dreams. I wonder if it is because i am not actually falling far enough asleep to actually dream.

I am home with a fever of 100.4 on pride friday :(

I was going to try and go out but when i got dressed i sweated through my shirt within the 5 min.

so so so frecken disapointed with the cleaning
So the cleaning service just left and that gorup will never never never never never being invited back (hep after i critiqued them they would never want to come back) . I paid them before i really did a good once over (on a conference call) or i would never have tipped them. The kitchen floor was still dirty, there was cat hair in corner, and over all just not up to th level i expected for $115 (it was 20 bucks more then i expected since i asked them to clean the frig.

I now feel like i still need to go back and reclean the apt. I still think a cleaning service is the way to o but not that one.

Maybe my expectations are to high but I am willing to pay more if my expectations are met (a deal is only a deal if you get what you wanted)

I broke down and hired a cleaning service today. I am paying them to come in and do the type of c'raning I hate (windows, molding, refrigerator, and so on). If it works out well I am thinking of having tgem come monthly. I have a feeling I am going to be let down because I am excepting them to scrub and clean for their dear life.

A small pady of feel like I am giving in. My place is not huge but I am always having people over and it seems to be getting dirty (at least dirty in my mind).

Well I never put my top up after the amazing ride into work today and now I am all wet. I was walking a coworker out as we chatted when I saw it was starting to rain. I ran over and started putting the top I as quick as I could. I am now soaked and my pasanger seat is a little wet. It could have been so much (so so so so much) worse that I find it impossible to be mad right now (cold and damp yes but mad no)

here's the plan (i am such a list maker)
* Go to day two of physical therapy
* Hit the gym (with out Mat since he is out being gay)
* Cook dinner(grill up a steak make some egg noodles with peanut sauce)
* Call about extending my car warranty

The only thing I know will happen is the physical therapy the rest is just wishing and planning at this part. I would say each item has a 50/50 chance of happening.

Sunday in the Park with George
So Mat, Joey and I went to see Sunday in the Park with George at Studio 54 last night(we got a great deal on $50 dollar tickets). The music was so so but the story was cool and the way they changed the stage by projecting different images onto the white bare stage was freaking amazing. The music/story revolves around the work of Georges Seurat and the struggles an artist has in balancing life, work, and love.

Mat bailed but I stuck by my guns and went alone. I can now barely move my arms. Not sure if that's a good thing or not lol

My take on The Happening: it is like a long drawn out handjob from a novice with no chance of a climax (while it may have its good points over all it is painful and a waste of time)

This weekend in the briefest format possible

I got home from going out Friday at 7am Saturday morning (I am getting to old for this). I was surprised Mat stayed out with us the whole night (form Dug Out to Tys to Doug and Jason's).

Joe through down one heck of a great BBQ on Saturday. Cosmos were made for the first time, they turned out good and strong.

While I didn’t love the Zohan movie, I did laugh at some of the un-PC jokes (what can I say I am a 14 year old boy at heart).

I tried something very new for me on Sunday (a side of me I have wanted to explore for a while now). It was a lot of fun I would continue to explore it over time and maybe even expand on that type of activity.

So Greg comes over and has this huge bouquet of balloons to celibate my graduations, he is so nice, and before i noticed anything i saw the Large Jager bottle in his other hand which made me jump up and down for joy.

I can always sense where the Jager is.

Damn i smell
I just woke up about 2 yrs ago, got in last night around 4ish, and i have to say i really stink. The type of stink where you can smell yourself,. nasty. Mat just came down to say Hi and i hugged him knowing he would be forced to smell the badness that is me, and let me tell you the reaction i got was just what i expected lol

I am really offending myself right now with tis oder. lol and why am i sharing this with the world? Why not!!! lol

I am off to shower before i kill my plants and my cat.

UPDATE: Zest fully clean, you aren't fully clean unless you are Zest fully clean - no more stank for me. Mat it is safe to come back down stairs lol

up up and delayed
My flight home is already delayed for an hour and a half. The earlyist I will be seeing my bed, my nice soft welcoming bed, is 4am but I am guessing it will be close to 5am. Our new VP is going to be in the office tomorrow and I was considering going in to join a meeting I was invited to (meet and greet type of thing) but I think I am going to pas now. On top of the fact that I will be getting home at the time some people will be waking up to start there day I am also so far behind on work since I have been traveling.

Ow well another day another delay.
